Carlos Alcaraz is a new Juventus player!

The midfielder arrives at the Old Lady on loan from Southampton until the end of the season

Alcaraz presented himself to the press this morning, expressing his excitement to join one of the biggest clubs in the world

Carlos Jonas Alcaraz is a new Juventus player! The Spanish midfielder has joined the Bianconeri on loan from Southampton until 30 June 2024.

Alcaraz arrived in Turin yesterday and underwent his medical this morning before being officially unveiled to the press.

"I'm very proud to be here," Alcaraz said at his press conference. "Juventus is one of the biggest clubs in the world and I'm very grateful for the opportunity to play here.

"I'm a midfielder who likes to get on the ball and play. I can also score goals, but my main job is to create chances for my teammates."

Alcaraz is a product of the Barcelona youth academy. He made his debut for the first team in 2018 and has since gone on to make over 100 appearances for the club.

He has also represented Spain at all youth levels and was part of the team that won the UEFA European Under-21 Championship in 2019.

Alcaraz is a talented young player with a bright future. He is a welcome addition to the Juventus squad and will add depth and quality to the team's midfield.
